New entrance to Machu Picchu

Different Peruvian government entities agreed on the need to implement new measures to preserve the archaeological site, and ensure the comfort of domestic and foreign tourists.

 

One of these would be the checkpoint entrance to the Inca citadel and would be moved a few meters of Ruinas bridge. Here the control would be done for visitors, through a large interpretive center. And the museum located at the top would become a center for world class research

 

In this last place, the personal to Ministry of Culture would offer scientific information to the tourism about Machu Picchu, and the realized investigation. Then will be continue by foot until the Inca citadel. In the investigation center, also it would have toilets, wardrobe and a little topic.

 

The measures will be evaluted in a short time for the notifications will be aplicated immediately. With this matter will be ensured the conservation of inca monument and will be promoted the investigatiob for the benefit of tourists.
