Qhapaq Ñan is nominated to World Heritage

The andean road system Qhapaq Ñan. It located into UNESCO favorite list for be declared world heritage, together to another attractives such as the stepped well Ranki-ki-Vav from India or the Chauvet Cave, located in France.

The Qhapaq Ñan was nominated by Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru by the initiative of our country, in a file that took about ten years of work, constituting a pioneer fact and without precedents in the history by UNESCO.

Inside of Perú are located; 250 kilometers of road and 81 archaeological places associated to Qhapaq Ñan, currently communication networks continues to evolve with production and interchange among the adjacent communities that transfer by their sections.

It will hope the results of 38° World Heritages Gathering of UNESCO.
